Darn military people always coming and going ;). Some of them even take others with them when they leave. Having been in the military for 9 years myself, I know this feeling all too well. I'm so glad that you'll have blogs and communication networks to keep in touch with her... technology is wonderful.
That's a bummer, my sister and best bud lives in CA, I'm in MI:-(
