Blaire Rose & Ava ~~~~Blaire & Lindsey ~ Olivia & Steven
We had a very busy weekend - leaving @ 10am to drive down to Vancouver. We stopped at our friends house and played with the Pace Family for 4 hours - then Duncan and Myke took off to finish some Christmas shopping and the kids and I went to see Grandma & Grandpa's new kitchen remodel before heading out to Uncle Chet's to sleep.
We always enjoy seeing the Pace Family and really enjoyed seeing their new kitchen remodel. The attention to detail is beautiful and I look forward to seeing them use it for God's glory. Same goes for my parents' house - after living in that house for 29 years, they have repeatedly transformed
it to better accommodate entertaining and to allow for God to work in their lives. Beautiful.
We had a fun time staying at Uncle Chet's - though the kids didn't get much time to play as we had so many things to do in such a short time. We didn't bring Paige's crib and so we didn't get much sleep Saturday night - but Sunday morning we spent at Whipple Creek
(www.whipplecreek.com) and then to lunch with Don & May Eley. After a tear-filled play experience at Carl's Jr, we headed up to my brother Kenny's house in Kelso, WA to celebrate Christmas with my family. We had a great time and Paige got a nap on the way.
We headed home on Monday - stopping at the outlets in Centralia - then off to Christmas Eve Service at church - home for Stockings and off to bed. The kids had a good morning with a nice breakfast, the Christmas Story and presents. They have been telling us 'I love you' and 'Thank You' all morning.
We are looking forward to the rest of our day as we are having some friends over for an Orphan Christmas Dinner @ 4pm - time with friends is always a blessing.

Busy, busy - but it still sounds like a great weekend of fun and memories. We certainly enjoyed the time we got to spend with you.
Merry Christmas!
